1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using eWalletPay24, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the platform and must delete your account immediately.

2. Account Registration & Safety

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and transaction PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Balance Deposits & Auditing

All balance top-up requests (deposits) are processed manually. Users must submit a valid, unique transaction ID matching the deposit payment reference. Attempting to submit fake, duplicate, or expired transaction IDs is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and loss of funds.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the administration team to ensure security. Users must verify payouts using their transaction PIN. We reserve the right to audit and temporarily suspend withdrawal requests if suspicious transaction activities are detected.

5. VIP Upgrade Membership

VIP upgrades are paid privileges that raise transaction limits. VIP status is non-refundable and tied strictly to the terms of the specific package purchased. System limits are subject to change based on regulatory guidelines.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local financial regulations. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local arbitration systems.
